Athlete and account information you provide directly — name, age, contact information, training and injury history, physical-performance data, mobility and pitching videos, and payment information processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
Submitted information is used to generate the athlete's biomechanical assessment and training program, to operate the account and communicate with you about it, to perform the quality checks needed to deliver that assessment accurately, and to meet security, fraud-prevention, and legal or compliance obligations. Use of athlete video as a general research or methodology-validation dataset is not part of this — that would be a separate, optional permission.
Assessment and video data is accessed by Apex Motion staff involved in producing your assessment and program. We do not sell athlete data to third parties.
