Refund eligibility for one-time Assessment, Assessment + Workbook, and Workbook Add-On purchases depends on how much work has already been completed on your assessment or program at the time of the request. Contact us directly to discuss a specific situation.
The Development Plan quarterly option is not a 12-month commitment. The first payment of $300 covers an initial four-month period. After that period, continuing service is billed at $250 per quarter.
